After having a wonderful brunch with my mother and brother yesterday morning, my husband and I headed up to Crystal Springs ~ a BEAUTIFUL golf & country club in northwestern NJ ~ to celebrate Mother's Day with my mother-in-law.  We had a fantastic dinner at Crystal Tavern.  The grounds are breathtaking and the restaurant sits high up with a view of the mountains as a back drop. 

Crystal Springs has very special significance to my family because my husband and I got married there almost 5 years ago!!  It was a wonderful way to spend the day and it brought back so many beautiful memories of our wedding day.

Mom

A special day for a special mother.  Someone who has been there for me through my ups and downs.  Who has always loved her children fully and unconditionally.  Someone so selfless and so generous with everyone who crosses her path.  The woman who made me the person who I am today.  I love you, Mom!

I truely am blessed in my life because in addition to having the most wonderful mother on the planet, I also have the most wonderful mother-in-law a girl could ask for.  Our relationship is unique in that I don't feel that many mother/daughter-in-laws are as close as we are.  From {almost} the beginning you have made me feel like I was always a part of the family and I am eternally greatful for that.

I have always considered myself a "girly-girl".  When I put on this outfit for church today the lace, pearls and pastel hues made me feel so pretty and lady-like.  The head-to-toe peach/rose gold  is a bit matchy-matchy, yes, but I like matchy-matchy every now and then!
