South Moon Under

Shopping in NJ just got even better ladies {and gents- yes, they carry men's clothing too}. Welcome one of my favorite online boutiques, South Moon Under, to Westfield, NJ.

High-Waisted

As you know if you have been following me for any length of time, I'm a huge fan of all things high-waisted. I have a very short torso, and therefore wearing high-waisted clothing makes me look elongated and more in proportion. 

Using eShakti's custom fit service, I was able create the perfect fit for this super high-waisted number.

Six Down, Sixty To Go...

Although I don't normally post an anniversary picture, I felt compelled to do so this year.

Happy six year wedding anniversary to the man behind the camera, my best friend, my support system, my biggest fan, my everything.

My husband and I stopped at this asphalt factory on the way home from Sunday brunch last week. It's strange how photo inspiration can come at the oddest time and in the strangest places. The cold feel of the quiet factory matched the chilly fog in the air, and offered the perfect contrast to the warm feel of the camel blazer and plush leopard scarf.

I'm off from work tomorrow, giving me & the hubs the perfect three-day weekend to celebrate our six-year wedding anniversary.
