Playing Cat And Mouse

Coat: Bloomingdales (very very old, great option here), Top:  Anthropologie (old similar here), Skirt:  Topshop, Boots:  Miss Sixty (very old, similar pair here, budget-friendly option here), Bag:  Rebecca Minkoff, Tights:  Hue

Ok, admittedly not my most creative costume to date. I wore this costume {and yes, I use the word costume loosely} to a Halloween party this past Saturday. Some of our friends thought I was a cat, probably because of the leopard print coat, while other's guessed I was a mouse. While I intended to be a mouse, I settled for a cat/mouse hybrid. Either way, I was warm and looked cute and we had a really good time catching up with friends.

Hope everyone has a happy and safe Halloween tomorrow!

Leaf Me Alone

Jacket:  Forever 21 (old, similar here), Sweater:  Gap (old, this year's version), Jeans:  Citizens of Humanity, Shoes:  Sam Edelman c/o South Moon Under, Bag:  Forever 21, Ring:  H&M (recent, similar here), Nails:  OPI "Into the Night"

I know the days of beautiful fall foliage are numbered, so I'm trying to make the most of it while it lasts. As you have probably realized, my leopard obsession has reached an all time high. I'm not entirely proud of it, but I just can't stop myself. My latest addition ~ these kitten-heeled stunners. While I typically like a much higher heel, it's nice to give my feet a reprieve every once in a while.

Happy Monday!

KiKi La'Rue

Cape:  Vintage (great alternative here), Top:  c/o KiKi La'Rue, Pants:  AG Jeans, Clutch:  Vintage (similar here), Shoes:  Madewell ~ available soon (LOVE this pair), Necklace:  c/o KiKi La'Rue

Hello and HAPPY FRIDAY! I apologize for the hiatus this week.
Blogging is tough this time of year. I leave the house in the morning before the sun rises and by the time my photographer (hubby) gets home, it's dark out again leaving no time for pictures.

Thank goodness for my wonderful sister-in-law who snapped these fabulous photos for me yesterday. With three kids who are the most adorable handful, she somehow always finds time for some good ole' sisterly bonding!

On another note, I'm happy to introduce to you a website I recently discovered, KiKi La'Rue. The name alone just insinuates a good time. They have wide variety of the season's hottest trends at fabulous prices. On top of that, they offer a vast assortment of regular and plus size items, so there's something for everyone. Be sure to stop by and visit their site HERE.

To Top It All Off

Sweater:  Aritzia (old, great option here, here), Top:  Forever 21 (old, similar here), Jeans:  Rag & Bone, Hat:  Anthropologie - available in store (similar here), Boots:  Anthropologie (old, similar here), Clutch: c/o GiGi New York, Nails:  OPI "In the Cable Car-Pool Lane"

As you can see hat collection/obsession is rapidly increasing. There is something so appealing about being able to look cute without having to wash or even brush my hair. Not to mention, it's just one more fabulous way to accessorize!

I also want to profess my love for my this gorgeous clutch. I wore it to a wedding over the weekend and have never gotten so many compliments on a bag. Perfect size to fit ALL of the necessities and the color is just luscious (not to mention, it matched my mani perfectly).

Happy Monday!

Pajama Dressing

Blazer & Pants:  Aritzia (old, similar blazer here, and pants here), Top:  Zara (old, similar here), Shoes:  Valentino, Bag:  Rebecca Minkoff, Necklace:  Helen Ficalora

These pants are beyond comfortable. Perfect for a day when you don't feel like getting out of bed, or for a casual Friday.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Blazer & A Silk Tee

Blazer:  Aritzia (old, great alternative here), Top:  Anthropologie (old, LOVE this one), Jeans:  Forever 21 (old, similar here), Shoes:  Classiques Entier (old, similar under $30 here, identical but pricier here), Bag:  Forever 21 (similar), Sunnies:  Ray-Ban

I've had this animal print silk tee for years and I never tire of it. I love how it layers so easily under a blazer and can also be worn on it's own. The silhouette is that of a simple v-neck tee, but the material and print make it an easy day-to-night transition piece.

Happy hump day!
