Lacey Lacey

Sweater:  J.Crew, Jacket:  Madewell, Top:  Madewell (old, similar here), Skirt:  Topshop (old, similar here under $30!), Shoes:  c/o WindsorStore (LOVE these too, also recently purchased these beauties), Bag:  Rebecca Minkoff, Sunnies:  Ray-Ban
I'm having a MAJOR moment with lace up heels lately {and I'm certainly not alone on this one}. I finally got to break mine in a bit more two weekends ago and I'm completely smitten.

While I am definitely no stranger to a four {and up} inch heel, the laces add extra ankle support ~ kinda like ice skates ~ making walking in them that much easier. What could be better than a sexy shoe that's comfortable and chic?!?

Entrenched

Trench:  Bebe (very old, similar here), Top:  J.Crew (old, great option here), Skirt:  J.Crew (old, similar here), Shoes:  Valentino, Bag:  3.1 Phillip Lim

I definitely am a huge fan of trench coats. They are perfect for three out of four seasons, can be dressed up or down, and they never go out of style.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Slowly trying to incorporate some springy hues into my outfits.

Happy Wednesday!

Revel

Coat:  J.Crew (old, LOVING this similar option), Sweater:  Forever 21, Jeans: Forever 21 (old, great budget-friendly option here), Bag:  Target, Shoes:  Valentino,  Sunnies:  Forever 21 (similar here)

Happy Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful, relaxing weekend ~ I know I certainly did.

I spent the day in NYC yesterday celebrating my sister-in-law's upcoming nuptials with a bachelorette brunch. We went to a fabulous restaurant ~ Revel ~ in the Meatpacking District. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for reasonably priced {unlimited drink} brunch destination.

Unfortunately, between all of the walking {and the drinking} I was not able to snap any city outfit pics, therefore I share with you my NJ brunch outfit from last weekend.

Black + White + Red

Blazer:  Helmut Lang, Top:  Anthropologie (old, similar here), Jeans:  H&M (similar here), Shoes:  Zara (old, great option here), Scarf:  Alexander McQueen, Bag:  French Connection, Sunnies:  Ray-Ban

You may have seen me wearing several variations of this outfit on my Instagram lately. The end of the season has me wearing my favorites on repeat:

1. Classic black blazer 2. Striped tee 3. Black skinny jeans 4. Pointy-toe pumps.

I can mix and match any of these basic pieces with almost anything in my closet. Best part, each piece can be deconstructed and reworked in to transition-to-spring outfits.

Ob La Di, Ob La Da

Blazer:  Forever 21 (old, great option here), Top:  H&M (similar here), Skirt:  H&M (similar hereloving this pretty pink one), Clutch:  Anthropologie (old, similar here), Necklace:  Anthropologie x Bauble Bar, Shoes:  Kohl's (similar here), Sunnies:  Forever 21 (sold out, similar here)

As hard as I'm pushing the issue of spring style, mother nature keeps pushing back equally as hard making it super difficult to decide what to wear in the morning. This picture was taken on Saturday when it was 65 degrees. This morning, only 25 degrees.

Two steps forward, one step back.  Ob la di, ob la da...

Happy Monday!
